Hatched out of necessity, we were searching for a poultry seasoning with a hint of citrus. This is a surprising versatile! Yes, chicken is on the label but we have a great success with salmon, grilled veggies and seafood. There is no need to keep this yard bird in the henhouse.

This rub is at its absolute BEST when used on pork ribs to create a sweet heat, but don’t leave out those tender beef ribs as well. Our favorites are baby backs and we remove the silver skin from the ribs to allow the rub to penetrate the meat. 

Whether you call it a butt or a shoulder, the rub makes it all come together with a perfect balance of savory sweet and a bit of heat. Generously apply to your cut of meat and cook with the fat side up to ensure a moist perfection. This bottle will easily cover up to 4 butts. Remember size does matter – not all butts are weighed equal.
